We use DEKA AGAIN COS Alexandrite at 755 nm, with settings chosen for the individual treatment.

Avoid tanning from sunlight, sunbeds or self-tanner. Do not wax, pluck or epilate. Agree the precise timing with us before your visit. Shave as agreed; the day before is often recommended. Shaving shortens the hair without removing the root. Avoid trying new, irritating skincare products. Keep the area clean and free of makeup, deodorant or cream. Tell us about new medication, recent tanning or irritated skin. Do not stop prescribed medication on your own.

Your laser treatments are performed by Salta. She holds DEKA AGAIN training certification and German NiSV certification.

A free consultation takes place before your first treatment. You can also ask questions throughout your appointments. We reserve 30 minutes for a consultation-only appointment. The consultation is free and can be booked online without payment. You can also contact us directly.

If treatment is found to be unsuitable when you attend your appointment, we reschedule the treatment appointment.

Plan for a course over several months. Mayo Clinic describes 4–8 treatments as a common guide; this is not a promise for your area. Body area, hair profile, hormones and progress may mean more appointments or later maintenance.

Appointments are usually several weeks apart. The American Academy of Dermatology often describes 4–6 weeks; some body areas and regrowth patterns need longer intervals. We discuss your individual schedule.

The aim is long-term hair reduction. Complete, lifelong hair removal cannot be guaranteed. A 2022 systematic review found varied long-term results across technologies and body areas; these cannot predict your personal result.

You may feel warmth, pinpricks or a quick snapping sensation. Cooling on the DEKA AGAIN COS supports comfort. Sensitivity varies, so we do not promise painless treatment.

Hair with very little pigment often responds poorly. Darker skin needs careful device and settings selection; Nd:YAG 1064 nm may be more suitable. Our AGAIN COS uses Alexandrite 755 nm. Please discuss suitability before booking.

A current tan, sunburn and planned sun exposure are what matter. Tell us about a holiday or tanning beforehand. An appointment may need to be postponed; the month alone does not determine suitability.

Contact us before booking and speak to your doctor about medical questions. Cosmetic laser treatment is generally postponed during pregnancy. Medication can affect sensitivity to light. Hair removal laser is not used over tattoos.

The catalog includes face, bikini, intimate areas and combinations. Not every area is suitable for every person. Discuss fine facial hair beforehand. Bikini covers only the pubic mound, intimate area covers the external genital area around the vaginal opening, and the perianal / intergluteal area covers around the anus and between the buttocks. Full intimate combines these three areas; buttock cheeks are separate. Full body includes all laser treatment areas in our service catalogue.

Day and trial makeup take about 60 minutes. Evening, on-location, and bridal makeup take about 90 minutes. Hairstyling is booked for 60 or 90 minutes depending on hair density and the requested look.

Yes. A trial lets us agree on colours, coverage, intensity, and the final look before the wedding day. Trial makeup is booked separately for €100 and takes about 60 minutes.

Yes, on-location makeup in Berlin is available for €120. Please share the date, address, desired time, and occasion when booking so we can confirm the logistics.

Choose the 60-minute option (€90) for a less time-intensive look. Choose 90 minutes (€120) for thicker hair or a more complex style. If you are unsure, send us a photo and your inspiration before booking.

The 3.5-hour individual course covers preparation, product selection, application order, and techniques for your features. Choose a day-look course for €180 or an evening-look course for €200. You may bring your own makeup bag for personalised recommendations.
